We initiate the debt recovery process by issuing initial demand letters narrating the circumstances which led to the debt, the specific amount owed and provide a timeline within which the debtor is required to redeem his/her obligation. Where the issuance of the demand letters do not lead to the settlement of debts, we take further action by commencing law suits in the court without recourse to the debtor.
